2025 Conference Information & Resources

We are excited to welcome you all to the Highlands & Islands of Scotland for the Association for International Agricultural and Extension Education (AIAEE) conference. The University of Kentucky will be hosting in Inverness, Scotland, from April 14-17, 2025. It will be a wonderful week filled with fellowship, scholarship, and celebration of AIAEE.

Information for Presenters

Oral Presentations

Presentation Guidelines

Authors accepted for an oral presentation should: 

  1. Prepare for a 10-minute oral presentation, followed by 3–5 minutes of question-and-answer discussion. 
  2. Prior to your abstract session, please arrive early to upload your PowerPoint on the computer in your breakout room to ensure no delays.

Idea at Work Presentations

Presentation Guidelines

Authors accepted for an “Ideas at Work” presentation should: 

  1. Prepare for a 3-minute oral presentation, followed by ~25 minutes of open roundtable discussion. 
  2. Prior to your session, please arrive early to upload your PowerPoint on the computer in your breakout room to ensure no delays.

Poster Presentations

Presentation Guidelines

Accepted poster abstracts should be developed into printed posters that are:

  1. Brief and clearly organized.
  2. Easy to read from 4 to 6 feet away.
  3. To accommodate the size of the poster room, please design posters to be no larger than 48 inches WIDE x 36 inches TALL. 
  4. Please refer to the AIAEE conference agenda for final room location and set up times.
  5. Tables, boards, and pushpins will be provided. However, presenters are encouraged to bring extra pushpins and/or other fasteners to hold posters to boards.
