Call for Proposals Submitted proposals must have at least one author who is a current AIAEE member. Accepted proposals require one author who is a current member to be registered for the conference by the conference early-bird registration deadline (to be updated soon). Abstracts with no authors registered and attending the conference will not be presented or included in the conference proceedings. Members may submit more than one proposal. The deadline for submitting proposals is Tuesday, October 1, 2024, by 11:59 PM EDT. No late abstracts will be accepted.
